Our Story
Al-Rahma Charitable Association-Asia is presented in its institutional profile as a licensed, non-profit charitable association headquartered in Thailand. The association reports that it was established in 2010 and registered in Bangkok under number 1980. From its base in Thailand, its stated field of activity extends to communities in several countries across Asia.
The association’s work brings together charitable assistance and longer-term development. Its documented areas of work include the construction of mosques and educational facilities, access to water, care for orphans, support for vulnerable families, vocational training, and community-based development initiatives. The project materials refer in particular to activities in Thailand and Cambodia.
The association presents these fields of work as connected parts of a common mission: meeting human needs, widening educational opportunity, and encouraging communities to build stronger foundations for their future. The programs described on this website show the variety of ways in which that mission can be pursued. RAHMAH exists as a home for care, collaboration, and purposeful action.
